When does the first batch start?
The 60-Day Gut Health Reset Programme will launch on a rolling basis, typically at the start of each month.
We're limiting the first batch to 15 participants to ensure everyone receives high-quality support and personalized attention throughout their journey.
What happens if I order now?
If you purchase now, you'll be enrolled in the next available batch. Your test kit will be timed to arrive on or just before the 1st of the month for your batch, and your 60-day journey begins from there.
What if the batch fills up?
Once 15 spots are filled, we'll open a waitlist for the next batch. Participants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
What if I miss the first batch? Can I join a later batch?
Yes! We'll run new batches monthly after the first launch, with start dates typically on the 1st of each month.
If the current batch is full or the timing doesn't work for you, you can join the waitlist and we'll notify you when the next batch opens.
Each batch is limited to 15 participants to maintain the quality of support and personalization that makes this programme effective.
Is the 1:1 consultation mandatory, or can I skip it?
The consultation is included in your programme and highly recommended, but technically optional.
Most participants find it incredibly valuable—it's the difference between reading a report yourself versus having an expert walk you through what it means for your specific health and how to act on it.
That said, if you prefer to review your results independently and follow the protocol on your own, you can skip the consultation. You'll still have full WhatsApp support access throughout your 60 days.
Is this programme available outside Singapore?
Currently, this programme is only available for customers in Singapore. Both the supplement delivery and microbiome testing require Singapore addresses.

Can I do multiple rounds of the 60-Day Programme?
Yes! Many people do a second round 3-6 months after their first programme to continue optimizing their microbiome.
After your first 60 days, you can:
- Maintain: Continue daily Wellsprout Superblend on subscription
- Retest periodically: Order standalone tests every 3-6 months
- Repeat programme: Do another full 60-day reset when needed
Your Day 60 results become your new baseline for future tracking.
